| Description: | Brillinat firm ruby red in the glass. In the nose intensively red fruity flavours, paired with flowery nuances, sweetish notes like vanilla and tobacco. At the palate the flavours are reflected and the wine has a good balance between fruit acid and ripe tannins. Altogether, the wine presents itself very fruity and elegant. |

Vinification:
Hand harvest. Temperature controlled fermentation of the destemmed grapes in steel tanks at 20-25 ° degrees Celsius by using selected yeasts. With 10 % of the wine the fermentation took place in wooden barrels. After that the Merlot matures (depending on the year) in French oak for 6-8 months to get more sweetish nuances and more complexity.
