Vinification:
Completely machine harvest. Separation of the gathered grapes after section of lands. After the pressing of the destemed grapes a temperature controlled fermentation (14 to 21 days) is carried out into steel tanks at 11° to 15° degrees Celsius by using selected yeasts. After that the wine remains on the fine yeast up to 2 month to get more depth and a fine glaze. The wines of the best plots in conclusion are married, filtered and bottled.
