Description: Smell of mocha, vanilla, peppers and dried dates. At the palate powerful, lavish, full-bodied with a complex fruit. The maturity in barrique awards structure and density to the wine. It matured (25% newly) for 24 months in small oak barrels.
Alcohol: 14.5%
Drinking temperature: 16 - 18 °C It is recommanded to decant the wine.
Drink recommendation: An ideal companion to dark meat, to pasta with edible boleti or ragout, to ripe cheese and also simply oon its own.
