Characteristics: | Produced with 12 botanicals inclusively wormwood, lovage and vineyard leek out of own cultivation of the manufacturer as well as Vintage Riesling from a great VDP layer. The botanicals are macerated coldly in the crude destillate of their own and brought to the Riesling gently. The sweetness exclusively originates from the natural residual sugar of the wine and rectified grape juice concentrate. |
Taste: | Floral-fruity but also tasty-hearty in the character with notes of regional herbs and blossoms. Elegant and with unique lightness. |
