In the nose an intensive and seductive bouquet of jelly fruit confectionery, juicy red and black cherries, sweetish spices (vanilla), plums, and butterscotch caramel. These flavours are reflected at the palate. The wine is slim with well tied tannins, fresh acid and is impressive because of the juicy fruit. It will tickle your taste buds and will be an amazing journey for all to experience the unique Darling terroir in a glass. |

Darling Cellars, founded under the name Mamreweg Wine Cellar in 1949, lies at the west coast of South Africa in the area Darling, north of Cape Town. The topographical and geographical conditions of the vineyards themselves are for darling Cellars inspiration source no. 1. The cool breeze of the Atlantic contributes its share to it.
