This classic representative is produced in a quite traditionally manual way. After soaking the malted and ground barley in the old-fashioned mash tub, one allows the cooled down wash five day time to ferment with the yeast and develop the typically grassy taste. Then the distillation in two small Pot of Stills is carried out. Because of the following maturation in select oak barrels he gets his special, full and nevertheless soft, almost delightful taste.
