| Description: | Brilliant, firm garnet red. In the nose fruity flavours of ripe red fruits and woods berries, together with wonderful spice notes. At the palate the flavours are reflected and the wine presents itself elegant with a firm body, mellow tannins, it is balanced and has a long and persistant aftertaste. |

The Vinification:
Long maceration (10 day) of the selected, destemmed grapes in open traditional wood barrels. After that a temperature controlled fermentation (28° degrees Celsius) is carried out into steel tanks by using selected yeasts.
