| Characteristics: | For the production, at first the peel of the pineapple (type Queen Victoria) is marinated in PLANTATION 3 stars White rum for one week. The distillation of the macerate is then carried out in our inhouse pot still. The flesh of the pineapple stores in Plantation Original Dark Rum for 3 months. A Cuvée of these two rums is put in wooden barrels for 3 months now. |
| Flavour: | Gossamery bouquet of ripe pineapple and approvals of vanilla which reconcile themselves with fine wood notes, traces of green bananas, roasted coconut and candied fruits. |
| Taste: | At first a buttery and fine woody prelude, combin with lavish fruit notes (superficial pineapple) then, however also with roasted coconut and cherry and almond notes. |
| Finish: | Lasting with beautiful flavours of a mature rum. |
