Already in 1870 the wine-growing estate became founded and belongs to the oldest manufacturers and exporters of exquisite Madeira wines
Madeira also known as a "green flower island" is the native country of some of the worldwide finest cook, dessert and aperitif wines, been located in the Atlantic about 600 kilometres of the coast of Morocco and only just 850 km away from Portugal.
For the extraction of wines with various sweetness the fermentation process is interrupted by free gift of spirit. This dry wine gets alcohol strengthened only later if a large portion of the sugar was already converted into alcohol.
