Description: Very thick bouquet full of nuances, fine tasty flavours of coffee, tobacco and vanilla, mature black berries, approvals of dark chocolate, impressing fruit wealth of the palate, firm tannin structure (three years in Slovenian oak barrels) very complex and with impressive length, An Amarone classic.
Alcohol: 15%
Drinking temperature: 18 °C It is recommended to decant the wine.
Drink recommendation: Very well to tasty meat dishes, e.g. rabbit dishes, stewed game, fried duck, grilled steaks or roast beef and ripe cheese. And of course simply on its own.

The Amarone is regarded as one of the three great red wines of Italy besides the Barolo and the Brunello di Montalcino.

This impressive Amarone Tommasi is produced from grapes selected strictly. These are dried on straw mats and pressed in raisin like condition only in spring. So the wine reaches a considerably higher concentration and intensity.
