Tuscany: The synonym for a green hilly country  with olive groves, cedars and natural vineyards in the northwestern part of Middle Italy, where the Sangiovese grape finds its furthest predominance in Italy. Poggio delle Faine comes from here.

The red Cuvée from Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon competes with the great super Tuscans of this region. The wine is from vineyard sites which are exposed mainly in heights between 200 and 400 m to the south. Particularly juicy, extract rich grapes arise from the intensive solar radiation and the refrigerant winds. The red wine matures in French barrique for one year. The result is impressive.
