Description: Brilliant deep crimson red shines in the glass. Open bouquet of fresh blackberries, plums and Crème de Cassis, tasty accentuated by cloves, fine tobacco and spices. The complex flavours are reflected at the palate and the wine presents a velvety texture and a really elegant finish.

Vinification:
Grapes of the best quality could be read after a balanced season. After the 7-14-day fermentation in high-grade steel the wine passed through the malolactic fermentation and matured in high-grade steel tanks for 6 months to improve and keep its typical, fruity character.

The area in the mountains of Upper Galilee is heart and soul of the Galil Mountain Winery. For over 2000 years these mountains, which are among the highest mountains in Israel, have been the perfect place for the culture of the wine, thanks to a unique topography, floor and climate.
