Recipe suggestion:
Sloe Gin Sour
50 ml Hernö Sloe Gin Bio
20 ml Sugar syrup
25 ml freshly pressed lemon juice
10 ml Egg-white
Shake all ingredients in a Boston shaker without ice . Complete with ice cubes sufficiently and shake again. Strain everything through a sieve into a cocktail glass.
