Terroir: Vinsobres is the northernmost cru of the Southern Rhone Valley. Located at an altitude of 350 m, the terraces of Les Piallats are southeast facing and composed of grey marl and banks of gravel of fluvial origin. In this terroir, Grenache, yet at its northern limit, reaches optimum ripeness and Syrah develops an astonishing freshness.
