Position
The grapes are from different vineyards. Some of heavy loam/loess terroirs around the wine-growing estate, the others of new red sandstone, clay and limestone containing and considerably higher situated sections. The vineyards ripen in partly long distances and are completely reaped independently from each other.
Processing:
Harvest of ripe grapes with a mash stand time of 2-6 hours. Gentle pressing under a low pressure, then without interventions of the outside (fining or the like) controlled fermentation in the steel tank.
