Situation
One of the most important castle complexes of the renaissance was the Friedelsheimer castle, once centre of the political event in the Europe of the late 16th century. The grapes for this "little" Riesling are reaped in the former pleasance of the castle today.
Processing
Harvest of ripe and healthy grapes with a mash stand time of 4 hours, gentle pressing under a low pressure. After this without interventions from outside (fining or the like) controlled fermentation in the steel tank.
