Layer:
The grapes are from different vine sections of land between the Vorderpfälzer Ebene and the Haardtrand. Gravelly sand and terrace gravels characterize the meagre and very dry floors.
Processing:
Harvest of ripe and healthy grapes, traditional mash fermentation in the red wine - fermenter with a stand time of 8 - 14 days, gentle pressing under low pressure, following without interventions from outside (fining or something like that) storage in the steel tank.
