| Flavour: | Warming and inviting: Mellow and fresh with soft traces of beeswax, orange peel or mandarins in doses and fruit salad on a basis of thick tender malt bread. A marvellously balanced piquant acid develops with the time, followed by ripe red apples. Later pure and dry, with an a little dry herbal and marzipan like sweetness. With water softer and more accessibly and a trace menthol; flowery and intoxicating, with approvals of banana chewing gum or fresh fruit salad with cream anglaise. Then honey and butter on malt bread. Easily nutty. |
| Taste: | At first sweet with a soft texture; sugary and intensive; with a nice-smelling fondant in the middle of the palate. Getting drier soon; cedar like and aromatic but nevertheless supple. Marvellous notes of cocoa and liquorice gradually develop, followed of braver nuances of edible boleti and a little salt. Nevertheless mellow in reduced strength, but more tastily and fuller, cooling with a soft cherry note, then real spikiness; in fading away mint sweets and roasted corn. |
| Finish: | Long, warm and cleaning. Then charred easily like burned fruits on a Panettone; round and dry with late flint like notes and wrapping tannins: With water light smoke and spices; long and wrapping, fresh fruit compote. Late mint and finally again herbal; still fiery and cleaning. |
