Cardenal Mendoza is the product of a more than two-hundred-year company tradition, which is in the heart of the sherry cultivable area of the cultivation of the wine since 1781 and connected to the production of exquisite brandy since 1887. This unique brandy owes its name "Don Pedro Gonzalez de Mendoza" (1428-1495) in Spain known because of its great influence on the royal house and its consulting activity for Christoph Columbus, famous as "El Gran Cardenal de Espana".
