| Taste: | Sweet and salty with compensating acid, at this fresh as a sea breeze. Clear and smoky. A little water produces a mellow, sweeter impression, still very maritimely, nice texture. Altogether sweetly dry. Medium body, elegant and supple. |
| Finish: | Quite short, dry and warm, slightly bitter note with a continuous smokiness. |
