Colour: Dark bronze colour with amber tones.
Taste: Noble wood flavours together with walnut and tobacco swirl about the palate. Spices and dried fruits (peach) in the bouquet end in a long barrique emphatic finish.
Drinking temperature: Serve at 6-7°C in a copita or white wine glass. Opened once the sherry shall be stored in the refrigerator and drunk within a week.
Drink recommendation: As aperitif or as a digestif. To ripe wild dishes, smoked ham or grilled meat.

This Oloroso matures in Soleras limited strictly for on an average 10 years and is stored in the wine cellars in El Puerto de Santa María. Only small amounts of this wine are pulled out to be filled every year into bottles.
