A statement is in Australia "since 1849". "Australia's oldest, situated in family property wine-growing estate" arrives. This indeed is the success story of a family. Founded by the English master brewer Samuel Smith on 120 hectares of land. Yalumba still is into family property with Robert Hill Smith today more than 170 years later. Six generations have made it one of the most important wine-growing estates of all of Australia! Excellent vineyard possessions are joined by most modern cellar technology, shoot cultivation and cooperage. So Yalumba can offer a wide range of goods of most different vintage wines on the highest standard with an individual character. On the occasion of the 150-year existence of the wine-growing estate the Y-series was created, a qualitative superior base line with a modern, attractive equipment.
