The hacienda "El Olvido" is the centre of the distillery and has a wealth of history, tequila has been made here for almost a century.
Destilados Olé is one of the few tequila manufacturers who still practice the traditional type of the production. They work among others with the Tahona, a stone millwheel to win the agave juice the "Agua Miel". After the distillation in Copper Pot of Stills the tequila stored in 200 litres barrels of American white oak (Jack Daniels).
