The Genever is distilled from the finest selection of Malted Barley, Rye and Corn. After a week of fermentation the mash is distilled three times in a pot still. After that another time of distillation follows with special chosen juniper berries, liquorice root, anise and spices. A very special Genever arises with rich vanilla and toffee notes because for the 3-year storage only new or quite young barrels are used.
