The ready product represents the filigree and playful lightness of German wines without renouncing profundity and complexity. Base for this rosé vermouth is the Pinot Noir pressed whitely out of the house Ellermann Spiegel. A very gentle and effortful aromatization with natural botanicals follows which gives effect to the soft Pinot Noir character considerably . |
