Shake on ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Fill up with approx. 30 ml of champagne.

20 ml Blanco tequila

Summer Gin and Tonic:
50 ml gin

2 splashes maraschino liqueur
Tonic Water
Give all ingredients into a tall glass with ice and fill up with Tonic Water.
Charles Lindbergh:
40 ml gin
40 ml Lillet Blanc
1 splash The Bitter Truth - Bittermens Grapefruit Bitters
Stir in a mixing glass on ice and strain into a cocktail glass, wetted with Apricot Brandy.
