The Bitter Truth Celery Bitters

The Garden & Tonic:
50 ml gin
2-3 splashes The Bitter Truth - Celery Bitters
2-3 splashes elder flower liqueur
4-5 mint leaves
1 cucumber slice
1 lime eight
Tonic water
Give all ingredients into a tall glass and fill up with tonic water.

Celery Gimlet:
50 ml gin or vodka
25 ml Lime Cordial
2 splashes The Bitter Truth - Celery Bitters
Shake on ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

Celery Martini Cocktail:
50 ml gin or vodka
20 ml dry vermouth
2 splashes The Bitter Truth - Celery Bitters
Stir on ice in a mixing glass and strain into a cocktail glass.

Bloody Mary:
50 ml vodka or gin
3-4 splashes The Bitter Truth - Celery Bitters
10 ml fresh lemon juice
100 ml tomato juice
Tabasco, Worcestershire Sauce, salt & pepper
Shake on ice and strain into a tall glass.
