| Characteristics | The Klötenköm is not refined only with the finest dark rum and vanilla but also contains considerably more egg yolk than the legislator is stipulating. Neither milk nor cream are processed and of course it is also free of lactose, gluten, pigments as well as lactoprotein. The eggs are from happy chickens from peasant farms wich are KATcertified (Controlled alternative forms of animal farming). |
