From 100% of a blue Weber-Agave. Very carefully produced Tequila. After the perfect balance between sugar and acid of the agave is achieved the harvest starts. The further processing happens according to the traditional method and exclusively with work done by hand.
He matures in American oak barrels for 18 months, a long but definitely adequate time. Every single bottle is handmade and receives a numbering of its own.
