Pisco Sour:
6 cl Pisco Ocucaje, 3 cl sugar syrup, 2 cl lime juice, 1 egg white, 4-5 ice cubes, Angostura Bitter.
Fill all ingredients into a shaker or blender together with ice except for Angostura bitters. Shake strongly and pour into a cocktail glass. At will still give up some drops of Angostura bitters.
