Taste: Expressive flavours of woods berries and red currants with a breath of pepper. The prelude is vibrating with a distinctive fruit, shiny and spontaneous with a soft transition.

Drinking temperature: 11°C
Drink recommendation: To grilled crustaceas, coloured, rather fat fish with a strong taste, as carpaccio with olive oil grilled, marinated, or fried in the pan, to red meat and tender poultry.

The House Moët & Chandon was founded in 1743 by Claude Moët. The fine champagnes are stored and mature in the vast chalk cellars in Épernay.
