Characteristics: Amber colour. On the nose complex aromas with notes of spices and nuts, in the mouth it is a delicate wine with an interesting retronasal attack accompanied with a nice and persistent finish.
Special: Drink from now on and also still storable.
Drinking temperature: 16 - 18 °C

Winemaking Process: Wine fermented after partial destemming at controlled temperature (24-28ºC), when must reached the desired sweetness value, fermentation was interrupted by the ad of brandy; following a period of maturation in oak barrels, in the warehouses of Vila Nova de Gaia; after approval was then bottled between the second and third year.

Vintage Port is a year port from an only, extremely good wine year, with a very fine bouquet and of deeply deep red colour. Vintage ports are drawn on bottles after two to three years barrel maturity. They further mature here. Since the Vintage ages in bottles, it must be carefully decanted before enjoying.
