| Taste: | Mango mixed with extensive flavours by the maturation in oak barrels. It is warm, intensive, silky with a breath of orange. |
For Kavalan the excellent spring water from the region is used exclusively. Yilan is noted far beyond the limits of Taiwan for its numerous natural sources. With its soft and sweetish taste the water contributes to the fruity character of the whisky.
