| Flavour: | Dry, smouldering peat smoke with vanilla syrup and cracked black pepper. |
| Taste: | Sweet peat and smoked bacon lead up in flavours of roasted coffee beans, cloves and star anise. Warm spice notes combined with green apple and pear which underline the fruity character. |
| Finish: | Rich smoke. Long peat notes as soft as butter change into a citrus and gooseberry flavour. |
| Special: | Non chill-filtered. |
