| Flavour: | Dry and piquant, ripe fruits on a herbal, easily tasty basis; Fruit cases with red apples; dusty malt barn; jute and walnuts; nut brittle; easily aromatic, with riper, oaky vanilla, dark chocolate, dry wood shavings and polish. Later sweet approvals of melon. |
| Taste: | Light to medium body. At first cool and sharp; mellow with an unexpectedly sweet taste; sugary fruit compote. shortly afterwards dry, firm, minty and pure; charred bitter taste; burned toast, then increasingly appetising, dark chocolate and peels of grapes, then piquant. |
| Finish: | Long, rather tasty; herbal, dry cedar wood, clove and black tea. Attractively charred and piquant note. |
