HELMUT Tonic
5 cl HELMUT der Weiße
10 cl tonic wader
1 citrus zest
Serve HELMUT and tonic water with a lot of ice cubes in a long drink, highball or tumbler glass. Garnish with the citrus zest.
HELMUT Weiß Verde
5 cl HELMUT der Weiße
2 cl lemon juice
1 cl sugar syrup
Fresh basil
Muddle a handful basil leaves in a shaker. Add the remaining ingredients and ice and shake. Fill into a tumbler glass on 2/3 crushed ice.
HELMUT Blossom
4 cl HELMUT der Weiße
2 cl orange liqueur
2 cl gin
2 cl lemon juice
2 cl sugar syrup
Egg-white
Shake all ingredients with ice in a shaker vigorously. Strain into a tumbler glass with ice by a bar sieve.
HELMUT Sweet Martini
6 cl HELMUT der Weiße
3 cl gin
Stir cold all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Serve in a chilled Martini glass.
