Finest aged rums, select due to their exceptional quality are carefully mixed and then aged in especially select barrels once more. They develop their character and their intensity in the powerful, aromatic potential of the wood.
At the end of this last step in the ageing process the Maestros Roneros assemble to select the rums the definite mixture will consist of. This is then filled directly out of the barrel to checked 45% into bottles.
