| Characteristics: | Classic gin spices like lemon peels, coriander and cardamom, combine with select Bavarian herbs and plants like balm, bear's root and gentian award to the gin his unique taste. It matures in the earthenware barrel several months before it is filtered over granite stones of different granulation. A so-called Oxy-Esterator from the 1960 years serves for it. The select ingredients in certified bio quality and the special way of filtration give the gin its special purity. |
