Produced in a special distillation method from 9 kg of sweet, full aromatic Williams pears.
The yellow pears were picked in 3 time phases very ripely and processed most carefully. During the distillation the heart is fractionated. After the maturity period of the Williams distillate of 15 months the adjusting of the alcoholic content was made by bonus of Zugerberg spring water on 44% ABV. This reduction happens without filtration, all flavours of the natural fruit stay with it more and more receivedly.
