The distillery master reserves merely the heart for this Vieille Pomme Royale. To be able to ripen optimally, this very aromatic part of the distillate is stored for at least 2 years. After the storage an easy bonification takes place for the improvement. This innovation of the house Etter, a complete new development become a real classic by now.
