Un-chill filtered, the whisky retains all of its natural flavour and deep character. When water is added a heavenly clouding occurs. And this is exactly as it should be.
1998 It was twelve years ago that Ian MacMillan (the Master Distiller) fully appreciated that there was a star in the making. Leaving nothing to chance he laid down the spirit in the perfect environment of their 18th century warehouse and allowed nature to run its course.
