With some water a little softer, but clarifies the seasoning flavours with some green wood. |
| Finish: | Warm and soft, the roasting flavours provide length. |
In the year 2010 the Märkische Spezialitätenbrennerei - one of the youngest distilleries in Germany - opened. She is located very picturesquely on the northern edge of the Sauerland in a suburb of Hagen in a former smithy which is arranged lovingly.
