| Taste: | The malt is in the foreground with the roasting flavours, ripe fruits like plums and cherries flatter the corn and round off the seasoning flavours, clear flavours of the oak maturation show themselves dependent on the single barrel. With some water a little softer, but clarifies the seasoning flavours with some green wood. |
| Finish: | Warm and soft, the roasting flavours provide length. |
In the year 2010 the Märkische Spezialitätenbrennerei - one of the youngest distilleries in Germany - opened. She is located very picturesquely on the northern edge of the Sauerland in a suburb of Hagen in a former smithy which is arranged lovingly.
