| Characteristics: | Byrrh Grand Quinquina is made to the original late 19th century recipe that earned fame both in France and around the world. The aperitif brings together the finest cinchona barks, the natural source of quinne, with other exotic spices and botanicals. After blending with elegant wines and mistelles (partly fermented grape juice), it is rested in small oak barrels. |
