This exquisite rum Zacapa Edicion Negra Sistema is produced out of fresh sugar cane juice, a syrup from which the water was withdrawn by a gentle process. This extremely fine distillate gets mature in the Solera System in selected barrels. The result is the inimitable flavour. This maturity process takes place on 2300 m of height in the mountains.
