In 1877 founded the two young Englishmen Alexander Williams and Arthur Humbert her Sherry-bodega in Jerez. The Sherries mature in old handed down Solera system, to get an always constant quality. The Solera system consists from several above the other lying barrel rows, in which the undermost row the oldest and the topmost row the youngest Sherry contains. Dry Sack Medium becomes from made careful stored Amontillado and Oloroso-Sherries.
