The idea to this atrocious beast has its origin in the poem "To a Mouse" from Robert Burns, the famous Scottish poet of the tavern olds and dives.
This highland mouse is an ode to the Highlands by its wonderful combination out of the best and most typical Scottish Highland Malt Whiskies like Blair Athol, Glen Garioch, The Dalmore and Glengoyne.
