| Characteristics | Made from 100% Irish malted barley, triple distilled in copper pot stills. The Sexton matures under management of master distiller Alex Thomas, one of the few female whiskey distiller, for four years in old sherry barrels to obtain a perfect balance between sweet sherry flavours and notes of toasted oak. |
