Old Fashioned Whiskey Cocktail:
50 ml Rye or Bourbon Whiskey
10 ml Sugar syrup (or 1 sugar cube.)
2 splashes The Bitter Truth - Old Time Aromatic Bitters
Lemon zests
Give all ingredients into a tumbler glass with ice cubes and stir until the right thinning is reached.
East India Cocktail:
60 ml Brandy
10 ml Raspberry syrup
1 tsp. Orange Curaçao liqueur
1 tsp. Maraschino liqueur
1 splash The Bitter Truth - Old Time Aromatic Bitters
Shake on ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
Pisco Sour:
50 ml Pisco
20 ml fresh lemon juice
10 ml Sugar syrup
Egg-white
1 splash The Bitter Truth - Old Time Aromatic Bitters
Shake on ice and strain into a Sourglas. Dash Bitters on the drink.
Horse Tease:
50 ml Bourbon Whiskey
2 splashes The Bitter Truth - Old Time Aromatic Bitters
Ginger Ale or Ginger Beer
Lemon spiral
Build up a tall glass on ice and stir.
