Description: Intensive ruby red with violet reflexes. The Merlot with his fruity fragrances of ripe plums and red, juicy fruits which are supported of discreet mocha and cocoa nuances seduces in the nose. The flavours are reflected at the palate. A very balanced wine, soft and round by his well integrated acid and fruit sweetness.
Alcohol: 13.5%
Drink recommendation: Perfect with oven-food and tomato-based pasta dishes. Outstanding companion of lamb, calf, grilled meats and many cheese type.

Darling Cellars, founded under the name Mamreweg Wine Cellar in 1949, lies at the west coast of South Africa in the area Darling, north of Cape Town. The topographical and geographical conditions of the vineyards themselves are for darling Cellars inspiration source no. 1. The cool breeze of the Atlantic contributes its share to it.
