Article: 2018 Black Granite Shiraz Reserve Darling Cellars
Country: South Africa
Growing area: Darling
Category: Red wine, dry
Producer: Darling Cellars
Grape variety: 100% Shiraz
Description: Dark crimson red with violet reflexes. Wild berries and ripe plums let themselves be seen in the nose, together with chocolaty and tasty nuances. The flavours are reflected at the palate, but the fruit seems fundamentally more lavish now. The wine has a good structure of the wood development with rounded tannins and a good middle departure with juicy raspberry notes in the finish.
Alcohol: 14.0%
Residual sugar: 2.8 g/l
Acid: 5.4 g/l
